Government-issued Driving License (front and back) and a live selfie capture to verify renter eligibility, ensure road safety, and prevent platform fraud.

Location Data
Precise and approximate foreground GPS coordinates while browsing, picking up, or returning vehicles. Background location is not tracked without explicit user consent.

Financial & Payment Information
Encrypted payment tokens handled securely by Razorpay. For vehicle hosts, bank account numbers and IFSC codes are stored for earnings transfer.

Vehicle & Telemetry Information
Vehicle registration certificate (RC), insurance, emissions/PUC documents, vehicle listing photos, and odometer photos.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information strictly to:
- Verify driver eligibility and authenticate users before vehicle pickup.
- Process rental transactions, hold security deposits in escrow, and disburse host earnings.
- Calculate accurate GPS distances and show nearby available vehicles.
- Provide 24/7 customer support, investigate safety incidents, and resolve damage claims.
- Comply with applicable Indian statutory, taxation, and motor vehicle regulations.
4. Third-Party Disclosures & Security
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared exclusively with necessary infrastructure partners:
- Payment Processors: Razorpay processes credit/debit cards, UPI, and netbanking in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Authentication: Firebase Authentication secures one-time password (OTP) verification and user sessions.
- Cloud Storage: Encrypted Google Cloud / Firebase Storage stores vehicle listing photos and private identity captures with restricted access controls.
5. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. You have the right to permanently delete your account and personal data at any time:
- In-App: Open the app, navigate to Profile > Edit Profile (on your profile card) > Delete Account.
- Web / Email: Visit our Account Deletion Page or email intellect210@gmail.com with your registered phone number.
* Note: Invoices and transaction records are retained for the statutory period mandated by Indian tax and financial reporting laws.
