Millions of private two-wheelers and cars sit idle in parking bays while commuters face surge pricing and limited transport options. Rapiber bridges this gap by enabling verified vehicle owners (“Hosts”) to list their vehicles and earn sustainable income, while providing verified riders (“Renters”) instant, affordable, and flexible mobility.
2. How Our Platform Works
Rapiber operates as the digital marketplace and Merchant of Record for payment collection and booking fulfillment facilitated through our platform, while verified hosts provide the listed fleet. When a renter books a vehicle:
- Secure Digital Payments: Rental charges and security deposits are collected by Rapiber through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS payment gateways (including Razorpay, UPI, cards, and netbanking).
- Refundable Security Deposit: Security deposits are safely retained by the platform and refunded in full after the post-trip hold window, provided no damage claim or dispute is filed.
- Verified Host Payouts: After successful trip completion and return verification, host earnings (net of platform commission) are settled to the host's registered bank account.
- Trust & Verification: Every user undergoes mandatory digital KYC verification (government-issued Driving License and live selfie checks) before any trip can begin.
